Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Digital Platform Development Manager for their retail financial systems. Selected candidate will be leading the digital channel technology development across the firm. Great exposure and opportunity with this fast growing firm.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the full development life cycle of the Digital Platform with Java and Mobile (iOS / Android) technologies.
– Lead the development team across architecture design, functional design, development and implementation.
– Implement DevOps methodology along with Agile / Scrum in the development team.
– Manage Project plans and schedule. Estimate and manage technical feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility.
– Decide and manage development tools, methodology, techniques and process.
– Manage internal development teams and external resources on large scale digital platform development.
– Lead the functional requirements review, architecture strategy development and platform architecture design.
– Provide Mobile and Web solutions based on the business requirements.
Requirements:
– At least 10 years experience with application development with recent years of leadership experience.
– Experience with managing a wide spread of development teams in different geographical locations.
– Extensive experience in managing application platform on Java and Mobile.
– Experience with DevOps and Agile Development methodology.
– Experience in managing a production support team and provide stable long term support in quality.
– Strong development background in system design and architecture design.
– Great communication skills to work with senior management and drive new ideas.
– Experience with retail financial applications would be a great plus.
