Our client, a leading global insurance firm is looking for a Development Manager in the Pension/MPF business area for their large scale revamp project.  This role is a key position to handle new system design and ongoing development. Great exposure and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technology development and support of the Pension and MPF applications.
– Act as Subject Matter Expert and Consultant with understanding of Pension and MPF business to provide designs and analysis.
– Establish best practices, development processes, agile resource management, continuous improvement etc.
– Work with the internal stakeholders and business on applications design, planning and implementation.
– Work with the external vendors on development management.
– Monitor and ensure quality deliverables to the business.

Requirement:
– Around 8 years technology development experience in Pension / MPF area.
– Strong system design and delivery experience.
– Strong understanding of Pension and MPF business as well as the regulatory requirement in Hong Kong
– Strong development experience in Java, Oracle or .Net, experience in Web Portal and Mobile application would be highly preferred.

– Excellent communication skills.
