Our client is a leading enterprise building sophisticated High-Frequency Real-Time Systems. They own some of the best proprietary technology in the market.

They are now looking for a strong server-side development manager to build their next-generation platform. Good remunerations, working with some of the brilliant minds in the industry.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the advanced system development of the low-latency, high throughput real-time market system.
– Lead the development team across the full SDLC across design, testing, maintenance, and support.
– Review the technical design which aligns with the architectural standards and roadmaps.
– Manage functional design and technical design across the back-end development.
– Design and plan system build, architecture, development, and implementation.
– Provide technology ideas and approaches on functional and technical levels.
– Provide feasibility, and proof-of-concept evaluation to ensure the solution is matching what the business need.

Requirements:
– At least 8 years of experience with architectural design and software development for large enterprise systems.
– In-depth knowledge of application architecture and design.
– Proven knowledge of high throughput and low latency application design and development.
– Experience with application development on C/C++, Java or C# .net platform, JSON, XML.
– Experience with API development such as Restful API, OpenAPI, SOA, SoapUI, and microservice;
– Experience in High volume transactional systems and data feed systems is preferable.
– Have deep knowledge of multithreading, distributed computing, memory management, and other third-party libraries
– Experience w/ automated testing and build processes
– Previous development experience in real-time market systems is a plus.
– Excellent fluency in English and Cantonese; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to interact with users
