Our client, a leading global insurance firm is looking for a Development Lead in the Pension/MPF business area for their large scale revamp project.  This role is a key position to handle new system design and ongoing development. Great exposure and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technology development and support of the Pension and MPF applications.
– Act as Subject Matter Expert and Consultant with the understanding of Pension and MPF business to provide designs and analysis.
– Manage the end-to-end development of the application platform from functional / system specification, development, QA and user training.
– Prepare documentation standards,
– Establish best practices, development processes, agile resource management, continuous improvement etc.
– Work with the internal stakeholders and business on applications design, planning, and implementation.
– Work with the external vendors on development management.
– Monitor and ensure quality deliverables to the business.

Requirement:
– Around 5 years technology development experience in Pension / MPF area.
– Strong system design and development experience.
– Strong understanding of Pension and MPF business as well as the regulatory requirement in Hong Kong.
– Strong development experience in .Net, VB, ASP, JavaScript, Crystal Report and MS SQL experience.
– Experience in driving the full SDLC cycle across multi-tiers system architecture.
– Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
