They are at the expanding phase where they are looking for a Development Architect / Engineering Lead to manage the development function. Selected candidates will be managing the development team and be driving the development phase across the firm. Fantastic opportunity to grow with a fast expanding firm.

Responsibilities:
– You will be the key leadership to drive the development and grow of the technology team. Acting as a coach and mentors with the developers in Hong Kong.
– Act as the main communicator with the business team, product team to collect ideas, updates, and changes.
– Lead the development team and drive the development lifecycle throughout the iteration. Manage the Agile lifecycle according to the schedule.
– Lead the software architecture design and evaluation.
– Have a well understanding of the technical details across frontend, backend, and cloud hosting. Ensure the system is scalable, able to support quick expansion in the future.
– Ability to make key technical decisions with the development team.
– Be innovative and open your mind, you will be developing a lot new awesome ideas.
– You will be working on product highly value with Security, Scalability and High Performance.
– We are expecting someone has a very strong development experience, please tell us what kind of applications you had built in the past.

Responsibilities:
– Extensive full stack development across web and mobile.
– Experience driving the full SDLC from software requirement collections, development, and testing.
– Team management and mentorship experience from another Start-up or fast moving environment are highly preferable.
– Technology experience with PHP, Node.JS is highly preferable.
– Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript (JQuery, Angular.JS, React.JS etc).
– Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis and MySQL.
– Exposure to latest Cloud technologies including AWS platform is highly preferable.
– Good Communication skill and interpersonal skill.
– Innovative mindset, think outside the box.
– University Degree from a reputable University.
