Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a hands-on and strong leadership Deputy CISO to assist the Aisa leadership on overall IT Security including cybersecurity, risk management, and security awareness. The selected candidate will be part of the senior IT Security leader in facing out regional business leaders.

Responsibilities:
– Define and maintain the firmwide information security standards.
– Manage and develop the firm’s information security program.
– Provide advisory on the firm security strategy and matters.
– Communicate and enforce security policies and standards.
– Manage security assessments across systems and services as well as advise on vulnerability mitigations.
– Build Information security awareness and increase vigilance across the firm.

Requirements:
– At least 15 years of IT Security and Risk senior management experience.
– A broad security and risk management experience in a regional international organization, preferably with banking experience.
– Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific regulatory requirements.
– Experience in dealing with compliance matters and regulatory liaison.
– Ability to build strong relationships and communicate on complex cybersecurity issues with a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Very passionate about IT Security and Technology.
– Strong leadership ability to lead a diversified team.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
