Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging a combination of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and programming skills
– Design and develop innovative algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems in the financial services domain
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, identify data requirements, and formulate analytical solutions that deliver measurable business value
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in data science and machine learning, and proactively suggest new solutions to improve business processes and optimize performance

 Requirements:
– Bachelor/Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines
– 3-8 years of experience in the data science space
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
– Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Prior experience in the financial industry or fintech projects is a plus
– Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
