Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Data Quality and Assurance Lead to provide a Data Quality framework and methodology. The selected candidate will be leading the firm’s Data Quality strategy and implementation. This role will be the lead person in ensuring the Data Quality of the firm.

Responsibilities:
– Design the Data Quality Management Framework and metrics to measure performance, quality, clarity, and consistency of data definition, accessibility, and compliance.
– Set up Data Lake Test Strategy & Test Plan according to the solution build.
– Implement Data Quality tracking mechanisms and KPI dashboards.
– Responsible for various levels of testing such as System Assurance testing, Regression Testing and support UAT over the Azure Data lake layers & Enterprise Data warehouse.
– Lead the definition of the enterprise data quality standards that support and align with the firm’s vision and objectives.
– Design and implement Data Quality mechanism and technology.
– Drive data quality anomaly detection within the organization to identify real data quality issues.
– Drive data quality control automation to prevent bad data quality and save costs for repetitive remediation.
– Act as a lead person and act as an escalation point on data quality issues and incidents.
– Lead the Data QA team including evaluation and hiring.

Requirements:
– Around 10 years of working experience in the IT Data Management area ideally with a focus on Data Quality and Assurance.
– Proven experience in establishing and maintaining a large enterprise data quality framework.
– Experience in leading software and data testing in a complex software development environment.
– Strong analytical capability and understanding of various AI and analytical techniques.
– Strategic thinking and communication, which is able to coach and lead all levels of people.
– Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Lean principles and practices
– Strong leadership and influencing skills.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable University.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
