Our client, a leading enterprise with a massive technology platform, is looking for a Data Analysis & AI Business Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-centric decision-making processes and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with various teams, including business executives, data scientists, and IT professionals, to identify business challenges, explore data-driven opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker, possesses strong business acumen, and has a passion for leveraging advanced analytics and AI technologies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges, and identify opportunities where data analysis and AI can provide strategic value.
– Conduct comprehensive data analysis to extract transformative insights, utilizing statistical techniques, data modeling, and data mining methodologies.
– Develop predictive models, algorithms, and machine learning approaches to anticipate future trends, patterns, and consumer behaviors.
– Interpret and present findings from data analysis and AI initiatives to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting actionable recommendations.
– Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for evaluating the success of AI-driven initiatives.
– Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of AI models and technologies into existing business systems.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and efficiency over time and recommending necessary adjustments.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, data analysis tools, and industry best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
– Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics, utilizing programming languages such as Python or R would be a great plus.
– Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
– Experience working within enterprise systems and databases, with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
