Our client, a leading large enterprise with a large CyberSecurity Center and SOC in Hong Kong, is looking for a Cyber Security Defense Manager to comply with their increasing Cyber Security defense need. Great exposure and scale to work with one of the most prominent financial institutions in the region.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the technology delivery on security systems to prevent and mitigate brute force and amplification of DDoS attacks.
– Review and manage security systems including security log, user behavior analytics, vulnerability scanning, security playbook automation.
– Monitor suspicious cloud-based user activities, potential hazardous actions, malware, etc.
– Work with the IT and security teams in performing system and network vulnerability scanning. Advice development teams and technology product owners on security to withstand known attack vectors and prevalent threats.
– Work with the development and operations team on integrating security control policies and instructions into the CASB architecture.
– Work with the business stakeholders for user requirements and enable CASH security controls on business SaaS.

 Requirements:
– At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in the Information Security and / or Cyber Security area.
– Experience with vulnerability assessments, environment scanning, security controls, etc.
– Experience with Security Data Analytics technology in SIEM, UEBA, ELK, and SOAR.
– Experience in building secure network infrastructure including Anti-DDoS, NG Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, Secure MTA, Load Balancer, Internet Proxy, DNS hosting, etc.
– Experience in performing malware analysis and using sandbox for detailed investigation.
– Hands-on experience on endpoint whitelisting, web isolation, and or MSS handling.
– Familiar with network and infrastructure design to adopt security controls.
– Security Certificates in CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable University.
