Our client, a leading global insurance company, is looking for professional and experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
– Handle phone and written enquiries/complaints from customers and provide expert advice and resolution
– Provide policy servicing, alterations and fund administration on various investment products
– Deliver excellent customer service through all channels, including phone, email and letters
– Act as the primary contact point and provide administrative support to internal and external clients
– Actively participate in service improvement initiatives within the team; recommending changes to procedures/processes/systems
– Participate in team and company projects relating to customer service, processes, systems and products
– Develop a database management system for the area
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 2 – 3 years of client servicing / customer service experience within the insurance industry
– Sound knowledge of Life Insurance products highly preferred
– Strong client servicing skills on the phone and in person are essential
– Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
– Strong PC skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
