Our client, a leading luxury retail group, is looking for a talented and experienced CRM Analytics Specialist to join their team. This person would be exposing to regional large scale projects with the latest technologies and advanced analytics method.
– Participate in the design, development and implementation of customer analytic strategy.
– Analyze customer purchase behavior, spending patterns, etc.
– Analyze customer segmentation and targeting customer for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance the understanding of customers and to maximize revenue.
– Perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis with recommendations.
– Implement strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking and evaluation.
– At least 3 years experience in CRM analytic, preferably with retail experience.
– Strong academic background in quantitative discipline (i.e. Statistics, Economics, Maths, Operations research, Business)
– Strong Analytics and Mathematical mindset.
– Proficiency in SQL, Business Object, SAS, Microsoft Excel and VBA (with experience in SPSS, Oracle Siebel Answer and Loyalty is an advantage)
– Excellent Communications skills in English and Chinese.
