Excellent opportunity for a talented Customer Analytic Specialist to join a leading Fashion Retailer.
Responsibilities:
– To participate in the design, development and implementation of customer analytic strategy
– Analyze customer purchase behavior, spending patterns, etc
– Analyze customer segmentation and targeting customer for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance the understanding of customers and to maximize revenue
– To perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis with recommendations
– To implement strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking and evaluation
Requirements:
– Degree holder in Computing/Statistics/Information System discipline
– 5 years experience in related field, preferably with retail or marketing agency experience
– Experience in multiple analytical disciplines including modelling, reporting and management information, with the ability to analyze the data and translate into meaningful reports and make recommendations
– Proficiency in SQL, Business Object, SAS, Microsoft Excel and VBA (with experience in SPSS, Oracle Siebel Answer and Loyalty is an advantage)
– Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
