Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a talented and experienced CRM Analytics Lead to join their team. This person would be lead the regional large scale projects with the latest technologies and advanced analytics method.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer analytic strategy.
– Provide leadership and SME on data management and campaign product process design.
– Analyze customer segmentation and targeting customer for various programmes – with the aim to further enhance the understanding of customers and behaviors.
– Provide Leadership on data collection program, analysis, deliverables and information reporting.
– Perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis with recommendations.
– Lead and mentor the analytics team across data mining, business intelligence, and analytics tools.
– Work with the Sales and Marketing to strategic marketing solutions including pre-campaign analysis, tracking, and evaluation.

Requirements:
– At least 8 years experience in CRM analytic, preferably with banking experience.
– Leadership experience in CRM, Campaign Management, and Business Analysis.
– Strong experience in data mining, analysis, and database management.
– Proficiency in SQL development and SAS Programming.
– Experience in Celebrus, CIM, UNIX, Teradata, Hadoop, VBA, QlikSense, SAS Visual Analytics, Quick View etc.
– Excellent Communications skills in English and Chinese. Ability to translate data information to presentable business information.
– Strong Analytics and Mathematical mindset.
– Strong academic background in quantitative discipline (i.e. Statistics, Economics, Maths, Operations research, Business)
