My client, a well-known enterprise with a large technology presence is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing technology team. The selected candidate will be driving their Corporate IT platform as a one-employee platform to support a large employee group.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the Corporate IT projects portfolio across the technology teams, vendors and business.
– Lead the project management with appropriate frameworks, methods, and best practices across the solutions delivery and execution process.
– Build IT Strategy across a pool of program resources. Drive project delivery and work improvements across the firm.
– Manage the project portfolio with clear visibility and transparency of the delivery progress and financial performance.
– Provide direction, consultancy, and support to business and project teams.
– Ensure the IT projects are aligning with the corporate strategy results, business transformation goals, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.
– Oversee program reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, team, resource management, etc.
– Manage and develop a matrix project team with well-defined program reports.
– Establish clear accountabilities and authority for different team members and build a strong culture across the program team.

Requirements:
– Around 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in a large enterprise environment or consulting background.
– Experience with ERP systems, SaaS, and Cloud-based solutions would be highly preferred.
– Experience with HR, Accounting, workflow applications, RPA, BPM, BI tools, and dashboard development is a great plus.
– System integration concepts with enterprise application software components with digital workplace solutions would be a great plus.
– Strong software vendor management experience.
– Proven project management skills in managing IT project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks in a quality manner.
– Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
– Excellent communications skill in English and Cantonese.
