Our client, a Luxury Brand, is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Corporate Communications Manager, to manage a small team and develop and execute their Corporate Communications strategy.

Responsibilities:
– Assist Head of Corporate Communications and manage a small team to execute corporate communication strategy
– Develop external communications materials and maintain an up-to-date list of media contacts
– Monitor competitor activity and compile other research to develop well-thought out competitor analysis reports
– Assist in creating and maintaining the internal company news bulletin each day, proactively search for new exciting ways to enhance, develop and maximize the platform
– Assist Head of Corporate Communications with seeding content to encourage forums, discussions and collaboration
– Identify and propose appropriate opportunities throughout the year to organize relevant internal and external events to maximize the positioning of the company and its key messages
– Work closely with relevant departments to provide on-site support at key events, including guest lists, coordination with suppliers and other business partners
– Oversee the team to ensure general administrative support tasks, maintenance of media lists and filing and tracking systems are kept up-to-date

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
– Minimum of 4 years of corporate communications / journalism / PR experience in an agency or in house environment
– At least 1 year of managerial / team leadership experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
– Experience in working in an international environment
– Outgoing personality, flexible with good organisational skills, and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and preferably MacOS
