A giant multinational corporation is seeking a highly technical Compensation Specialist to provide complex analytical support to the design and development of compensation programmes within the APAC region.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with business partners on compensation plan structure composition
– Perform analysis and reporting on sales and revenue for business partners
– Review and prepare incentive calculation in accordance with compensation plan
– Design and develop Compensation policy and process administration
– Assist and provide information for External, Internal and Compensation Audit
– Coordinate with key stakeholders regionally and globally on new compensation system implementation
– Maintain compensation details within the database
– Handle enquiries relating to compensation
– Prepare ad hoc analysis reports
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in analytical/numerical field (Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics etc)
– 3+ years of compensation experience, preferably within finance or hi-tech industry
– Experience in developing incentive compensation programmes
– Strong analytical skills for in depth analysis of data
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
– Strong technical proficiency with Excel
– Excellent project management and presentation skills
– Ability to liaise and influence at all levels
