Our client, a leading Financial Firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing application programs, providing technical support for credit card software, and participating in the system development life cycle.

Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the Information Technology Department as a team member
– Design and develop application programs to meet business needs and support the development and maintenance of credit card software
– Participate in the entire system development life cycle, from system analysis and design to implementation and rollout
– Create system documentation throughout the project life cycle
– Ensure development work adheres to the company’s standards and guidelines
– Monitor and control software development progress, ensuring it meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements
– Provide technical support for 24/7 operations, including disaster recovery site support

Requirements;
– Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field
– Have at least 6 years of experience in system development, with a minimum of 4 years in system analysis
– Proficient in MVS, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and MQ
– Knowledge of the credit card business in the banking industry is preferred
– Experience supporting credit card applications and compliance-related projects is a plus
– Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
– Fluent in written and spoken English, with knowledge of Putonghua being advantageous
