Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a hands-on and technical CISO to be responsible for overall IT Security including cyber security, risk management, and security awareness. The selected candidate will be leading the team in HK and the region. Reporting to CIO.

Responsibilities:
– Define and maintain the firmwide information security standards.
– Manage and develop the firm’s information security program.
– Lead the risk and security engineering teams in providing 1st and 2nd defense across the firm.
– Provide advisory on the firm security strategy and matters.
– Communicate and enforce security policies and standards.
– Manage security assessments across systems and services as well as advise on vulnerability mitigations.
– Manage Information security awareness programs.
– Manage security incident response and SOC team.
– Interact between IT Audit and IT in tracking the audit findings.

Requirements:
– At least 10 years of IT Security and RIsk senior management experience.
– A broad security and risk management experience.
– In-depth and hands-on knowledge in Networking, Applications Security, Windows and Unix.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
– Very passionate with IT Security and Technology
– Strong leadership ability to lead a diversified team.
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
