Our client, a leading consulting and technology group is looking for a Change Manager in working with their clients across their cloud transformation journey. They are one of the major technology groups in driving key transformation and innovation technology. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands in the world.

Responsibilities:
– Work with corporates and enterprises as a Change Manager from behavioural and mindset change for the customers.
– Work with the senior management team and business leader to drive the Innovation and Transformation strategy and direction in cloud adoption.
– Introduce the right change management framework across the Operations, Technology and Business teams.
– Manage the Change Programme, and understand different changes requirements and implementation. Identify the resistance and gaps to adopting the change.
– Build and Maintain an appropriate Change Management model, roadmap and framework.
– Manage the financial budget and programme management in the transformation programme.
– Work with different business leaders to bring business engagement to the transformation programme.
– Review and drive resources for change initiatives and programmes.
– Constantly review feedback from the organization to drive continuous improvement of the change programme.

 Requirements:
– Strong experience in leading change and transformation. Experience in product management, consulting and operations etc.
– Proven Change Management experience in a large enterprise organization.
– Experience in delivering technology transformation and programmes is preferable.
– PMP / Agile Practitioner is a great plus.
– Strong personality to bring change and transformation to the organization.
– Candidates with consultancy backgrounds would be a great plus.
– Candidates with a technology background in Cloud would be a great plus, but it is not a must.
– Great stakeholders management skills to work with technology and business stakeholders.
– Bachelor or Master’s Degree from a reputable University.
– Language ability in Fluent English and Cantonese.
