Our client, a leading global financial institution is looking for a Director to manage the Change Management and Agile Transformation across Asia. The firm is making a firmwise change with multiple transformation projects. It is a high profile position to the region to drive the overall transformation in a large organization.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the Change Management and Transformation strategy across Asia.
– Work with the senior management team and business leader to drive the Transformation strategy and direction.
– Introduce Agile principles, Scrum methodology, Prosci methodology and the right change management framework across the Operations, Technology and Business teams in Asia.
– Manage the Change Programme, understand different changes requirements and implementation. Identify the resistance and gaps to adopt the change.
– Build and Maintain appropriate Change Management model, roadmap and framework.
– Manage financial budget and programme management in the transformation programme.
– Work with different countries leader to bring the business engagement of the transformation programme.
– Review and drive resources for change initiatives and programme
– Constantly review feedback from the organization to drive continuous improvement of the change programme. 

Requirements:
– Proven Change Management and Transformation experience in a large enterprise organization.
– Experience in delivering agile transformation and programme is preferable.
– Experience in bringing Agile methodology into a large enterprise environment.
– Experience in structured Change Management methodology like Prosci, ADKAR.
– Strong personality and leadership to bring change and transformation to the organization.
– Great stakeholders management skill to work with the senior management.
– Bachelor, Master Degree or MBA from a reputable University.
– Language ability in Fluent English. At least one Asian Language ability like Chinese, Korean or Japanese is highly preferable.
