Our client, a top brokerage firm, is expanding their business in the region. They are looking for a Support Manager to support their Cash Equities Trading System. Perm role with great opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the Cash Equities Trading Systems production environment and make sure the platform’s capacity and responsiveness is matching the quality requirements.
– Manage the change requests and incidents across the applications platform. Perform incident management including root causes investigations.
– Provide change and release management of their electronic trading platform. Provide release deployment in pre-production and acceptance test.
– Provide production operations monitoring across the quality and capacity. Conduct health checks and controls.

Requirements:
– 5 years+ experience of managing application production support in the financial industry. .
– Knowledge of trading systems such as Ayers or Horizon or other Cash Equities Brokerage systems
– Experience of Networking, Unix (Sun Solaris) and Linux. Experience with Windows is also preferred.
– Experience with market data feeds including Reuters and Bloomberg.
– Financial trading experience is preferred.
– Excellent Chinese Communications skill and interpersonal skills. This person will be collaborating with global teams.
