Our client, top tier investment bank, is looking for a Front Office Campus Recruiter to develop and implement campus recruitment strategies and initiatives across the APAC region.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Build relationships and work closely with key stakeholders in the business and HR, to develop and implement campus recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent
– Design, implement and manage innovative marketing initiatives/campaigns
– Implement recruitment strategy and manage the end-to-end process
– Produce campus recruitment reports (recruiting statistics, trends analysis etc) and present to key stakeholders
– Manage ad hoc projects
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of campus recruitment experience in the finance industry
– Front Office campus recruitment experience preferred
– Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels
– Strong data management / analytical skills•
– Ability to work independently and within teams
– Strong PC skills – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
