A leading investment bank is looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to join their team covering the APAC region – Up to VP level.
Principal Responsibilities:
– Report to the Head of Campus Recruitment for APAC
– Work closely with key stakeholders in the business and HR to develop and implement campus recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent
– Develop and manage relationships with universities
– Organize marketing initiatives, such as, activities on campuses and marketing literature
– Implement recruitment strategy and manage the end-to-end process, from coordinating candidate assessment centers through to the offer process
– Produce campus recruitment reports (Recruiting statistics, trends analysis etc) and present to key stakeholders
– Perform ad hoc projects
Requirements:
– Bachelor degree or equivalent
– Minimum of 4 years of HR experience in the banking industry, with proven expertise in recruitment and selection, ideally in developing and implementing campus recruiting initiatives
– Fluent in English, with additional Mandarin language skills highly desirable
– Technology recruitment experience is an advantage
– Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels
– Strong data management / analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and within teams
– Strong PC skills – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
