Our client, a large well-known investment bank, is looking for a C++ developer to work on their greenfield front-office trading application. The selected candidate will gain extensive technical exposure and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Working on system development of the multi-threaded, high throughput and low latency trading system.
– Testing and holistic simulation of the trading system for high reliability
– Manage functional design and technical design across the development of the new application.
– Design and plan system build, architecture, development and implementation.
– Work as a team of C++ Software Developers to deliver high-quality software coding.
– Provide technology ideas and approaches on functional and technical levels.
– Provide feasibility, and proof-of-concept evaluation to ensure the solution is matching what the business need
– Mentor junior developers

Requirements:
– University Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or IT-related discipline
– Extensive experience in writing C++ code for multithreaded server applications and performance-tuning techniques on Linux
– Experience knowledge in application architecture and design patterns.
– Experience with high throughput and low latency application design and development.
– Experience with Python, Bash scripting and experience working in a Linux environment
– Experience in Low Latency Development in an area like Market making/ Delta 1 is highly preferred.
– Proven experience across full SDLC, ability to bring software best practices into the team.
– Ability to be hands-on in terms of coding and also in designing/architecture.
– Excellent fluency in English
