Our client, a leading enterprise with a robust real-time transaction platform is looking for Tech Leads with C# Backend technology exposure. You will be leading the large-scale development project on the next-generation trading platform. Great remuneration and benefit.

Responsibilities:
– Act as a senior technical lead in building the core component based on C#.
– Manage the full SDLC including development and algorithms design.
– Manage the development team and provide technical leadership to developers.
– Lead the architecture development of the existing system including messaging connections and databases.
– Work with senior technology leaders in driving the technology development and application design.

Requirements:
– At least 6 years of hands-on experience ideally in C# application development from a real-time transactions environment.
– Recent development team leadership experience is a great plus.
– Development and knowledge in other OOD languages would also be welcome (Core Java / C++).
– Strong multi-threading and socket programming.
– Experience in real-time, high throughput, and/or low latency systems is preferred.
– Experience in data structure and SQL schema design, and database development.
– Experience in Agile Practice is a great plus.
– Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
– University degree in Computer Science-related discipline.
