Essential Skills:
-C# 3.5
-HMTL, XHTML, XML and CSS
-Subversion VCS (or exposure to other VCS)
-Microsoft SQL Server (2005 – 2008)
-Excellent command of English language
-Excellent Object Orientated Design skills
-IIS 6 – 7
-Ability to “Think outside the box”

Desired Skills:
-JQuery
-MVC.NET
-NHibernate
-Exposure to IoC (Structure Map, LinFu, Castle Windsor etc)
-Exposure to Test Driven Development
-Knowledge of the SOLID programming principals
-Graphic design using Photoshop or Fireworks
-Macromedia Flash/ ActionScript
-Macromedia AIR
-At least 4 years experience
