Our client, a global technology platform, specializing in Commercial information exchange, distribution and payment, is looking for a strong Business Process Architect to re-design the Asia business process, architecture, and modeling. Responsibilities:
– Work with Global and Regional Business Stakeholders to understand the business flow.
– Come up with design and solutions on the Business Process Modeling. Work with the solution architect team to integrate and implement the process models technically.
– Record and Manage the existing business process with structure business process modeling methodologies.
– Work with the Data Architect to model the business data flow. Design the data management and data integration process throughout the transition.
– Provide suggestion on Organizational Change. Work with the management team and HR on roles change, performance management and inter-team communications etc.
– Manage Business Re-process Projects throughout the change.
– Active review and design new automation on Work Flow. Provide Simulation under the new process.

Requirements:
– At least 7 years of a Business Process Architecture or Consulting background.
– Extensive Organizational Structure Understanding, ability to understand the business from a macro to micro views.
– Strong understanding of business process management including Workflow automation, process mapping, data flow analysis, bottleneck analysis etc.
– Strong business / organizational research background on business models.
– Understanding of enterprise technologies to work with Solution Architects on technical change.
– Knowledge and Experience in Data Management, Data Migration, and Business Data Flow.
– Excellent Communications skill to work with all kinds of business stakeholders. Fluent Language Ability in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
– Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University.
– Open to occasional regional travel.
– Working experience from Management Consultancy is highly preferable.
