Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a business operation manager for the new fintech initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department head in preparing documents for board meetings, managing cross-functional programs, and monitoring Fintech projects.

Responsibilities:
– Provide business management and operational support to the department head
– Manage the progress of Fintech projects
– Prepare discussion papers, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders
– Provide business support to the Fintech project teams

Requirements:
– Ideally 8+ years of business operation experience in financial institutions/fintech companies
– Passionate about Fintech & Innovation
– Strong presentation, interpersonal and coordination skills
– Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
– Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or Management is a plus
