Our client, a leading growing bank is looking for a Team Lead in the Business Intelligence and MIS reporting area. You will be managing a small team with exciting upcoming projects. Great exposure and opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop reporting platform and regulatory reporting tools.
– Acted as a Project Manager to drive project completions within the time schedule, cost and quality expectation.
– Work with regulatory, compliance, business and IT team to ensure the solutions meeting the requirements, IT policies and technology standard.
– Lead the design and development of the reporting applications.
– Work with external vendors on deliverable.
– Manage the entire SDLC from design, development, implementation and support.
– Manage the team on technology development and provide necessary coaching.

Requirements:
– Around 10 years IT experience from a banking environment or financial industry.
– Strong Experience in Project Management to drive application development.
– Strong exposure on HKMA regulatory reporting solution and financial analysis.
– Extensive knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL or other RMDS. Experience with .NET, Java, Server Page (JSP) and Cognos with be highly preferred.
– Strong people and team management skill.
– Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
– Good language skill in English and Chinese.
