Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Business Intelligence & Insight Associate in providing visualization and insights to senior management and stakeholders. This role will provide strategic data and work closely with the regional C-Suites. Regional Exposure and Perm position.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with regional key operations leaders in understanding data requirements. Understand what kind of data would help the team and management in making the best business decisions.
– Lead the design and build of easy-to-use and intuitive design on visualizing complex business and operations data.
– Lead the design and creation of the dashboard which provides insightful visualization to senior executives.
– Lead the technical development of dashboard data modeling and reporting visualization.
– Manage periodic reportings, data insight and analysis to the C-Suite office.

Requirements:
– Around 7 years of experience in large-scale data modeling and visualization.
– Excellent analytical capability to identify patterns in data and keen sense of pattern detection and anomaly detection.
– Experience in data modeling and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, etc
– Financial industry experience is highly preferred.
– Excellent language abilities in English.
– Strong business acumen in working with all levels of business users and stakeholders.
– Strong business strategic thinking, provide out-of-the-box thinking in providing a strong compelling story through the visualized data.
– Bachelor’s degree in Technology or MIS related from a reputed University.
