Our client, a top global insurance company, is looking for a talented Business Analyst (all levels) with Life Insurance experience.
– Work closely with the global team to plan and implement operations and IT business solutions
– Prepare business requirements, process documents, test plans, business impact assessments, reports and budgets
– Work in partnership with the PMO, IT and project teams for implementation
– Manage post implementation, including, training and assistance where required
– Perform other tasks as assigned
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 2 – 10 years of business analysis experience gained from Life Insurance industry
– Good knowledge of Life Insurance operations, systems and products
– Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
– Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
– Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
– Experience in applying business analysis / project management methodologies, tools, and disciplines
– APAC regional experience preferred
