Our client, a leading investment bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a talented Business Analyst with proven project delivery experience to join their team. You will be on the fast growing curve together with this expanding firm.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for risk management and/or regulatory related systems and technology. This role would be interact with the business side on a daily basis to collect requirements and specifications
– Translate business requirement into detailed and structured functional requirement
– Perform gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility study
– Propose system design, workflow and process following the Bank’s best practice
– Collaborates with project manager and IT teams to manage the project timeline, risk and control
– Prepare test plan, test cases and conduct test to ensure quality deliverables
– Provide user support on UAT

Requirements:
– 3+ years proven experience in business analysis, requirement collection, or system analysis
– Ability to establish good working relationships with business stakeholders, PM and developers
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
– Knowledge in any SQL languages, preferably Oracle or Sybase
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese communications essential
– University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines
– Experience in financial institutions in domains of compliance, client account opening would be an advantage
