Our client is looking for a technically strong and business savvy Business Analyst to partake in different upcoming technology initiatives across their respective entities within Hong Kong. This is ideal for applicants who want to be close to both the business and technology.

The Ideal Applicant Would Be:
– Leveraging their strong project delivery and technical (DW/BI) background, to work closely with both the tech team and business to do the relevant gap analysis, requirement gathering, defining optimal solutions and establishing partnership with key business stakeholders.
– Strong in utilizing various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, establishing Data Warehouse (DW) and accurately presenting usable data to be used by business.

Requirements:
– 5 years experience in business analysis or requirement collection experience.
– Understand and knowledge on Business Intelligence (BI), Data Warehouse (DW), SDLC, Project Gov. (PMP/PRINCE2) and agile.
– Ability to establish strong working relationships with business stakeholders.
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be strongly preferred.
– University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines.

Strongly Preferred:
– Strong initiative.
– Experience working with overseas and Mainland China counterparts.
– Finance exposure.
– Vendor management experience.
