Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Business Analyst Head and some Business Analysts to join their expanding team. The team will be work with various business units including Private Banking, Investment Banking, Credit and Market Risk, and Finance and Treasury, etc.

Job Description:
– Manage a team of 10+ Business Analysts and ensure effective resource allocation
– Coach the team members in business requirement analytic skills, as well as bridging the business and IT
– Be accountable for all front-to-back office changes impact on various business units including Private Banking, Investment Banking Division, Credit and Market Risk, and Finance and Treasury etc
– Lead the requirement collection in particular key & strategic projects

Requirement:
– Proven BA experience in the Private Banking, Risk, and Finance and Treasury areas
– A strong and proven team management and development experience
– Business process re-engineering on the entire front to back office environment
– Manage the stakeholder and business users
– Excellent communication/presentation skills
– Bachelor degree from a reputable university
– Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
