Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for professional and experienced Banking IT Service Support Advisors to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
– Handle telephone hotline enquiries from banking application users
– Provide support services to the users by advising/guiding/training them on the IT applications and answering their enquiries
– Identify and escalate system problems to the relevant internal IT teams
– Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
– Actively participate in service improvement initiatives within the team; recommending changes to procedures/processes/systems
– Participate in team and company projects relating to customer service, processes, and systems
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Information Technology
– 2 – 5 years of relevant experience within banking industry and call centre IT service support
– Strong client servicing skills and telephone manner are essential
– Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
– Knowledge of banking applications
