Responsibilities:
– Manage and monitor the hybrid cloud infrastructure including Cloud, Network, Storage, Backup etc.
– Perform Cloud system configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and implementation
– Provide operational support and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure, act as the first response on alerts to internal teams
– Work closely with the development team to understand the requirements and functionality. Design the functional solutions for those requirements.
– Optimize performance for the cloud applications.
– Work with the business and technical stakeholders on all the change requests

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Computer Science or a related field
– 2+ years of working experience in building cloud computing platforms.
– Hands-on experience with AWS platform Experience with cloud platform operations including system, network, and security.
– Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Grafana and Kafka
– Familiar with Linux systems and Docker
– Cloud experience in backups and monitoring.
– Solid knowledge of the latest infrastructure systems and standards
– Possession of existing Cloud certificates will be a great plus
– Good Communications skills in English as well as spoken Cantonese/Mandarin ability.
– Think outside the box, and be innovative.
