Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Cloud Platform SRE in AWS. They are looking for an Engineer to join their expanding team on AWS Cloud management. Perm Position with lots of opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Support the overall AWS cloud infrastructure including Cloud, Network, Database, OS, Storage, Backup, etc.
– Participate in the design of technical architecture and design patterns of the infrastructure platform hosting applications and connections with external APIs.
– Work with the development team to tackle the coding and scripting to integrate various application elements such as database and software to run on the system OS and infrastructure.
– Develop and implement automation and maintenance across the Cloud System environments.
– Perform system and network, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, and support.
– Optimize performance for cloud applications.

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of System Administration or Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
– Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
– Good knowledge of RedHat Linux Servers and virtual environments.
– Experience with cloud platform operations including system, network, and security.
– Extensive experience in automation using Ansible.
– Write automation script using Shell, Perl, and/or Python.
– Hands-on expertise in servers, storage, and network device installation, provisioning, and monitoring.
– Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
