Our client, a leading financial group, is looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer to join their expanding team. You will be working with some of the brilliant minds in the technology space.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the overall cloud infrastructure on AWS Cloud.
– Design and review the technical architecture and design patterns of the infrastructure platform hosting applications and connections with digital products.
– Perform system and network, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, security operations, and support.
– Work closely with the development team to understand the requirements and functionality. Design the functional solutions for those requirements.
– Optimize performance for the cloud applications.
– Review the analytics tools on the AWS platform, and provide a data analysis dashboard for connecting the SaaS platform.
– Work with the business and technical stakeholders on explaining the technical solutions.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of large-scale enterprise web service architecture on the cloud computing platform.
– Experience with the AWS platform is preferred.
– Experience with cloud platform operations including system, network, and security.
– Experience with web service protocols and data formats e.g REST, JSON
– Experience with system administration and scripting with Unix, Linux, and/or Windows Server.
– Cloud experience in backups and monitoring.
– Good Communications skills in English and Chinese / Cantonese.
– Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
– Think outside the box, and be innovative.
