Our client, one of the leading investment banks in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with and hire a talented AWS Cloud Administrator to join their team and help them as they plan to move their existing infrastructure and applications to the cloud.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to join one of the leading firms here in Hong Kong and gain valuable & hands-on experience executing and delivering their projects.

Responsibilities:
– Plann, design, deploy, configure and maintain & support the infrastructure for AWS and related IT services.
– Develop tools and automation scripts to help streamline cloud provisioning and management.
– Monitor and optimise/improve the AWS cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability.
– Operational support and troubleshooting.  Resolve technical issues related to the cloud infrastructure.
– Work closely with cross-functional and Tech Teams to ensure smooth integration between AWS and other systems & applications.
– Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery testing.
– Subject matter expert for technical support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related).
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a cloud infrastructure role
— planning the design, integration, and then installation / configuration / troubleshooting the cloud platform
— AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
— Automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible
– Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with AWS is a definite advantage.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
– Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are also a definite advantage.
