Our client is looking for a PM BA who has experience with the bank’s full processing lifecycle and has experience working within IT and post-trade teams.

Job Responsibilities
– Collaborating with the development and QA teams with front, middle, and back office users to deliver changes on schedule and to a high standard.
– Recognizing and recording the relevant business and operational needs
– As a Subject Matter Expert, you will acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of post-trade applications and regional flows for each business and product class.
– Close collaboration with software development teams to guarantee that user requirements are comprehended and developed in accordance with the documentation
– Compiling development and testing costs and incorporating them into official project plans by collaborating with the applicable product owners or project managers.
– Managing numerous stakeholders in the areas of FO, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Global Technology
– You’ll take the initiative to identify bottlenecks, competing priorities, and gaps that are known and undiscovered.

Job Requirements
– Experience in Post Trade Technology teams like payments, reconciliations, conformations, or reporting
– Ease in working with matrixed and global environments, a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to be a hands-on technologist
– Experience with MS Visio, Project, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
