Responsibilities:
– Manage the Asia Technology platform across Finance, Accounting, Trading, Core Banking, Operations, etc.
– Drive and define technology strategy and roadmap with senior management.
– Act as a change leader and effective advocate across the IT Division.
– Manage IT Operations including Infrastructure, Support, and IT Control.
– Lead a small and lean technology team in Asia across Project Management, Application, Support, Infrastructure, and Helpdesk Support. Retain high team morale and provide solid career development to the team.
– Work with Senior executives in the firm to drive key technology initiatives and projects.
– Provide Risk and Compliance management across the technology division. Formulate guidance, procedure, and standard for internal teams.
– Manage IT budget and resources for the IT Division.
– Manage the IT Security and Risk Manage across the firm.

Requirements:
– Extensive technology management experience in the Corporate Banking or Institutional Banking space.
– Sound financial industry knowledge and experience in application platform and infrastructure.
– Previous hands-on technology experience to understand the technology needs across an end-to-end large scale project.
– Strong team leadership, able to drive high-performance team, people development, and retention.
– Experience in managing a large technology portfolio across different banking products and operations.
– Strong personality and character to engage and influence both IT and business communities.
– Excellent communications skill in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
– Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from a reputable University.
– MBA would be a great plus.
