It is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading investment bank, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage multiple priorities and have a keen interest in defining and improving processes. You will have previous experience providing support for time-critical applications & platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Support end users on complex technical and functional application issues including FO, MO, BO, Product Controls, and Risk
– Respond to end users within the timeframe dictated by the severity of the problem, document and track (case histories, issues, and action steps)
– Assist in project management of application development projects according to project management processes
– Perform health checks and maintain the system stability and availability for local and regional markets

Requirements:
– Degree in information systems, computing studies, IT, or any other related field.
– Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Java and .Net Languages to name a few
– Ideally over 5 years of experience in application support or a similar role
– Experience in trading floor support can handle pressure on the trading floor
– Intensive experience in the front-to-back business flow of Asian Sales and Trading business and trading platform
– Understand IT management software
– Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
