Our client, a leading world enterprise in its domain, with a large team of technology expertise and professionals, is looking for a Application Support Manager / Specialist to join their top technology team. Great remuneration and potential.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead technical support for all enterprise applications across the environment.
– Manage vendors and Application Support team to provide professional support from Level 1 to 3 incidents resolution with agreed SLA or Service level pledge.
– Manage Service Transition management, Change and Release Management of new rollout out service, and application changes with proper arrangement and documentation.
– Establish Service Request workflow to provide a smooth, efficient application support services. Constantly communicate with business units for feedback to improve the service quality and satisfaction.
Requirements:
– At least 10 years of working experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years of services management leadership role. Candidate with at least 6 years experience will be consider for the Specialist role.
– Experience in managing managing application support and maintenance.
– Experience in vendor management, negotiating SLA.
– Strong and practical experience in adopting ITIL process.
– Degree from a reputable University.
Candidates based in Hong Kong highly preferred.
