Our client, a leading global financial firm is looking for an experienced BPO Manager / Vendor Manager to join their regional team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
– Work closely with dedicated outsourcing partner to ensure successful operations services delivery to regional clients
– Plan and execute transition and liaise with business stakeholders while ensuring zero business impact
– Work as Deputy Shared Services Head to support the growth of operation shared services in Asia
– Maintain effective governance and strong ongoing relationship with the vendor
– Ensure best practices are implemented and set up necessary reporting and management KPIs to ensure successful and timely delivery while having an intimate knowledge of service agreement and schedules
– Ensure proper and effective financial and risk management practices as well as providing appropriate visibility to regulators
– Liaise with various business units to ensure successful transition/change management with proper risk mitigation

Requirements:
– At least 5+ years in business process outsourcing, vendor management, transition management, or delivery management
– Previous experience in insurance is preferred especially in operation process, KPI and Governance
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; Excellent English
– Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
– Proven success in leading regional and/or remote teams
– Self-initiative and self-starter
