Our client, one of the largest banks in Hong Kong, is looking for a Business Analyst to manage the regional AML Technology across the firm. The selected candidate will be working on new AML and Compliance Technology development.

Responsibilities:
– Perform business analysis and requirements studies across the AML Technology.
– Work with the AML, Compliance, Legal, Business and Operations team on the technology development scope and requirement.
– Understand the latest regulatory requirement in the AML and related area. Familiar with the latest trend of AML in the financial market.
– Work closely with technical development on the system development and features.
– Analysis of AML cases to improve the AML system.
– Prepare system test cases and executive the system testings.
– Provide documentation and implementation plans.

Qualifications:
– Experience with business analysis in AML technology space.
– Prior experience in SQL development, stored procedures, SSIS or SSRS.
– Strong understanding in AML space across transaction monitoring and customer due diligence.
– Experience in conducting the UAT and functional testing.
– Extensive experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle.
– Language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
