They are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented AI engineers in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, experience in managing AI projects, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
– Define and execute the AI vision and strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and aspirations.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI integration across the organization.
– Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring their accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
– Drive continuous improvement of AI infrastructure, tools, and processes, optimizing for performance, reliability, and security.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, and integrate them into our AI roadmap.
– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the AI team and across the larger technology organization.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s / Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing AI engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong background in developing and implementing AI/ML algorithms, with expertise in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning.
– Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with hands-on experience in relevant AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
– Solid understanding of data structures, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Proven track record of delivering AI projects on time and within budget, while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
– Experience in the FinTech industry or other regulated industries is preferred.
