Our client, a leading insurance group in Asia is looking for a Business Analyst in managing their Agile and Scrum sprints. The selected candidate will be the key person in driving the business analysis between clients and the engineering team. Great exposure and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the Development team in managing the Agile Development process across each sprint.
– Perform requirement collections and specifications with business users, and prepare technical specifications according to the requirements.
– Identify business users’ objectives, processes, products, and services through business analysis activities.
– Prepare product design and requirements documentation

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
– At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or related technology experience
– Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining).
– Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. mainframe, client-server, relational databases, and web-based /app architectures)
– Experience in delivery of the SDLC model in the Agile framework.
– Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, and fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
