Our client, a leading global financial institution, is looking for an Agile Coach to bring the Agile knowledge and methodology to the Asia region. They are looking for a technology pioneer with a proven track record in Agile Delivery to drive the Agile practice across Asia. Excellent role with a strong Agile framework.

Responsibilities:
– Provide effective Agile Coaching and practice across Asia.
– Work with the technology and business leader to drive and promote the Agile strategy and direction.
– Introduce Agile principles and Scrum methodology across the development and business teams in Asia.
– Lead Agile and Digital transformation projects.
– Maintain and build the Agile Maturity model, roadmap, and SLDC framework.
– Provide Agile Coaching for the tech teams in Asia.
– Develop and maintain Digital Strategy and Roadmaps.
– Review and drive resources for digital initiatives and programme.
– Nurture innovative collaborative culture.

Requirements:
– Proven Agile delivery and coaching experience in a large enterprise organization.
– Experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
– Experience in delivering digital transformation and programme.
– Experience in bringing Scaled Agile, Scrum, and XP methodology into a sizeable development team.
– Understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles.
– Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / CSPO / PSPO) or other Agile Certifications (SAFe) is highly preferred.
– Strong personality and charisma to bring change and transformation to the organization.
– In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps tools such as JIRA, BluePrint, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, etc.
– Great stakeholders management skills to work with business and technology management.
– Excellent communications skills in English. The ability to speak an additional Asian language is preferred.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology or Innovation from a reputable University.
