Our client, an innovation hub within a leading bank, is looking for an Agile Coach to bring Agile process and methodology to the development team. They are looking for a technology pioneer with a proven track record in Agile Delivery to drive the Agile practice in an innovation environment.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the technology and business leader to drive and promote the Agile strategy and direction.
– Introduce Agile principles and Scrum methodology across the development and innovation teams.
– Lead Agile and Scrum processes, principles, and practices across the organization.
– Maintain and build the Agile Maturity model, roadmap, and SLDC framework.
– Provide Agile Coaching for the tech teams.
– Review and drive resources for Agile Executive frameworks.
– Nurture innovative collaborative culture.

Requirements:
– Proven Agile delivery and coaching experience in a large enterprise organization.
– Experience working as an Agile Coach, or Scrum Master. We welcome someone who is currently in a Scrum Master role and wanted to move into an Agile Coach role.
– Experience in delivering digital transformation and programme.
– Experience in bringing Scaled Agile, Scrum, and XP methodology into development teams.
– Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / CSPO / PSPO) or other Agile Certifications (SAFe) is highly preferred.
– Strong personality and charisma to bring change and transformation to the organization.
– In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps tools such as JIRA, BluePrint, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, etc.
– Great stakeholder management skills to work with business and technology management.
– Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology or Innovation from a reputable University.
